Shipping policy
We ship orders by UPS or US Postal Service. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is processed.
We ship internationally as well. Please note that we do not collect customs duties—you will be responsible for paying your own customs bill.

Cancellation Policy
When you place an order, it is a commitment to that purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve canvases, threads, etc. specifically for you—whether from our inventory or directly from the artist. Since each order is unique to your taste and requirements, it cannot be cancelled.
